What is EnRoute?
EnRoute is an introduction to RE/ACT
A set of stand-alone lessons on complex trauma and its impact on your current decisions and situation. A one-hour brief teaching with good conversation and coffee at our office: 502 Wyandotte Street.
Fridays 6-8pm at 502 Wyandotte West.
EnRoute is a series of trauma-informed classes based on our RE/ACT (Recovery Education for Addictions and Complex Trauma) core curriculum. Classes/sessions cover many topics such as the 60 Characteristics of Complex Trauma, The Brain, Relationships, Boundaries, Anxiety, Anger, Triggers and so much more.
Creating Awareness in the Community of Windsor-Essex
Sessions are designed to create awareness in the community. EnRoute Drop-In Learning is an introduction to our RE/ACT program and all are welcome to explore the impact on Complex Trauma and consider if the full RE/ACT program is the right fit.
